Over the last decade plus, Expertease has worked its way into becoming one of  Western Washington's  elite pop dance/rock cover bands.  Expertease has withstood the test of time and continues to perform steadily in clubs, casinos, festivals, and at corporate events.  This seasoned and entertaining band plays a wide variety of  popular hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s to current and appeals all ages.  Expertease also carries full production (PA and lights) to accommodate virtually any situation. 

  Romy Jacobson - Lead Vocals, Percussion.
Originally from New York, Romy moved to the West Coast where she began performing in musical theater at a young age. She started performing in bands and writing original songs in California. Since relocating to Washington state, she has fronted a variety of Puget Sound cover bands. She loves being on stage and enjoys having fun with the crowd.

Norm Wolff - Guitar, Vocals.
Founder and  leader of Expertease, Norm began playing in bands during his high school years and by age 20 he had joined his first professional full time band "Chaser" which toured OR, WA, and ID doing original and cover music for over 3 years.  Shortly after that, he relocated back to his native California and formed his own popular full time Top-40 rock cover band, which traveled up and down the West Coast for over 15 years, including Nevada & Hawaii.  Norm finally landed in the Seattle area in the mid 90s and formed the WA version of Expertease which is still going strong today!  Some highlights during his career include releasing a 6 song original EP called "Turn It Up" in which the song "Pardy" received some airplay on Northern California's MTV spots.  Norm also has opened for such national acts as The Tubes and Rick Derringer.

Mike Carlson- Drums, Vocals.
 A native North Westerner, Mike began playing his drums and singing at an early age.  Mike was an integral part of the popular Seattle based band "The News Boys" for over 18 years and is well known around the circuit.  Mike is one of the more animated drummers around and is a lot of fun to watch.  He provides an excellent foundation and groove for the Expertease sound.

 Gerald Harmon - Bass, Guitar, Vocals.
 Based in the Puget Sound, Gerald has been performing throughout the NW since 1980's. He is also currently part of the ever popular Seattle based  band called Triple A which performs mainly on off-nights.  Gerald is excited to return to Expertease once again and be able to continue to perform with the versatile and creative artists that make up the band, and as always, he hopes to see you soon!
